Yesterday I visited a leadership session on transformation. It was named as Landmark Leadership program. My flatmate on the same floor introduced me to the same. I remember how he grabbed me when I was going somewhere as it was 4-5 people there as he has to choose one and he chose me as I was the easiest by face and toughest from the inside ( unknown to him, maybe he later realized). It is a marketing technique. But, I knew the majority of the game of this. Making people a fool of themselves it can be called, hypnotism, etc. This is how the world is running and once someone recognizes you that u know the game they try to call u a fool, mad, rebuke u, do not talk the same way as earlier, etc. Because u know the game. So u r harm to them n their organization. So, they try to kill u, fire u out, make u do mistakes, try to call u a cheater, lower ur performance, show negative in u instead of positive. This is the way of life. Then at last they comment as to their honest comment.
The whole session was like a hypnotic session. I recall u, inform u never to attend these sessions. With ur willpower, u will have to leave it. He was telling people that this session is of no use to them even after that people were listening to it happily and smiling like as at that at their fool/foolishness.
Although any enthusiast can learn a lot from them. But they will not supply the supplement for that to u. U will have to work alone for that in solitude. They will not carry ur load then for u r not paying.
That person knows most of these games who has lived his life truthfully and has got blows now and then from the society. Because u then become a misfit to the society and a resident evil game and endless fight starts. We end as fatigued, crippled, pragmatic, mad people. Have u seen a potential person like apple’s CEO Steve Jobs sitting as a devotee, fatigued, traumatized, crippled, as lachaar, etc in Neem Karoli Baba’s ashram and realized the game of life and became a world champion. This is how the world is run, the biggest eye-opener, realize is our ignorance, mistakes, ills, negatives we have. No one from the outside did that it is ur inside person alone that is doing it. The outside person, the master, the more knowledgeable whom u call has just synced b/w what u n he knows. And the maps r connected. This is how knowledge is gained. The map may be n may not be useful to u. It is up to u whether use the utility in it. B/c knowledge, resource all is power but what u want to be is of real importance. Because u cannot take everything in our system and I will lower the performance of the system. Then u take the external hard drive for that to store more n use as per need in the future.
I don’t like these types of sessions b/c it usually makes a fool of all those who r conducting it n attending it. So, be confident in urself u need nothing from outside. U in urself r all. I have seen people go mad for this and cured too. So, it is not a real program that values ur life. For people r using u then and if they get to benefit from u, u got cured and they do it psychologically/ mentally/ physically such behavior to u.
When I was leaving that program earlier a person grabbed me and spoke to me in a threatening tone and might he be right but it was like that he is with the session attached to it. An ignorant fellow. See u can move a mob-like with ur skills and speaking skill is the most used one for that. U might recall the free session by Swami Vivekananda for these types of programs in America. That made those organizations stand against him as an enemy and they even tried to kill him multiple times.
See people r so blind nowadays that they ignore what is at hand and are free. Try to grab sth. else unknown to them. They even pay for that – Lofty thoughts. And the gist and way of such a program and their survival way is to give u what they got from u free in price, then u know the value of what u have and realize a truth that u have that all in u. U need nothing from outside.
I realized how I was befooling myself these many years in this way. How many times have I got backstabbed in this way? How many times, how many people befooled me in this way and never came back once their work was done or once they got what they wanted.
A way of money-making. People like money so they attend even when they know that it is the wrong way. But I am different in the sense for I do not want to fool people, harm them by the wrong dose of thoughts, wrong ways of life. For their r right way also and I have sensed it, moved in it and it cost nothing but a whole of a person’s life in a sense. It may be free and known to everyone but u do not walk it b/c u don’t know the result. U want than someone who says I guarantee u eth. U will get back whatever u paid after if u do not get the result without any loss. A PMM1 – Perpetual motion machine. 100% output no loss. No further fuel is needed to run the m/c once it gets started. This is what people want for making their life get safeguarded for eternity. And they deserve that.
Make sure no outside help will do that. U will have to find it urself.

The world is so sure of itself that when it realizes the truth it dies. B/c it does not have the time then to turn/change the course. And as soon as they realize they r walking in the wrong direction they turn and the load was so much, they get fatigued of the way they crossed, the path/distance they traversed. They collected so much and all was just a waste, a futile, an illusion. And the mental breakdown occurs and out of that either become the self-realized one or die a worldly life.

Finding an ideal in life and standing for it is one of the greatest challenges in anyone’s life. For to find an ideal means to find the real meaning of one’s life. To stand for it means to practice reality and to live the life of self-realization. To devote one’s life for it requires great strength and determination like to walk on a razor’s edge.

Accepting truth in crude form is not a thing that can be done by everyone. Saints make it edible and digestible. Otherwise, truth is not an easy deal, often people die in the way to realize it. Such crude it is.

The work of a self-realized one is like for society that of a circus man. For people like and attract not to truth but miracles. A saint does the exercise of self-realization in this way by revealing their true self and the vision of the divine. They like hearing divinity for it is beyond their reach and is an unrevealed mystery. What is common – people do not accept that, they throw it out. Otherwise, truth is simple and crude but people are so corrupt, blind minded that they do not want to see the truth and try to hide it. This creates blindness more widespread. So, better try to spread light by light, love by love, cut ignorance by light, wisdom, etc.

Why this path is razor’s edged path? For one misalignment of thought costs death.

Can u relate and see the reason why after thousands of years of preaching the tombs, temples, historical monuments, religious places of Buddha, Christ, Krishna, Ram are vacant. Where we stand with the time. We lost eth., even then we r trying to make it erect again and again. The futility of the human mind to re-discover the ruins. None of their hard work for self-realization. But again and again moving in the same blueprint, mind – map. Even after seeing these all mess in the way we r not getting alert and visualizing not our way for future – what to do to cope up with it? We r just moving like hypnotic men/women. Not making the way to the future we want to, just sleeping and following the crowd to the edge of the cliff to downfall.

What is devotion? An earnest yearning. An incessant devotion, uncut one, an easy flow. When you have that, you need nothing else to succeed. You have continuance remembrance of that goal that you become Omni. Every competitor befalls before you.

How will you recruit a common man? Do all want the extraordinary? That’s why errors. People errors/problems.

Yes, a child may seem less capable due to its child nature but can have a great future but the organization has to take its roots to get strong to flourish more. I don’t know at what verge my career is taking me to but the thing is that I am going with the flow and my will is nearly zero. I am unable to do what I want to do. Who is moving my will I am unaware of. I am sometimes thought of as living a life of a fool. I can not love. What I have become I don’t know. But I tried. The path of self-realization is calling me, the life of seclusion, solitude, bliss, divinity, the spirit is calling me.

The remedy is to be focussed, to the point, not to take the meaning of any word, or follow the inner voice, intuition. To be led by a perfect master.

Perfect masters are those unified fields of knowledge who are the God in themselves. They are the all. If we serve them then we can get a glimpse of God and rest depend upon our handwork and consistency on this path showed by The Masters alone.

Understanding spirituality is like understanding how to play football rather than playing it. Spirituality practice is like practicing football rather than studying it which is like a form of superficial thing and a wrong way to learn.
The right way of learning is through practice and experience alone. The study can be made for like reflecting on the right ways and a scenario for its development by learning one of the most experienced ones alone. For all cannot hold simultaneity between practice and study and cannot hold a firm position in the field. It needs a wide arena for practice, experience, and their combination.
