Don’t join any organization just because of its good value system or repute in the market. You are working for not a second-hand company or fake one or just as sheep working organization following or working for profit. Be the one who is the root and the one truly working for growth and research in the field you are working and it must lead you to self-realization. Self-realization is the prime requisite to be a true organizer. The one that organizes us to God and God’s realization. Nearly all organizations are copy-cat or stealing the true work of others for benefit of materiality, which is a big mistake/wrong turn to our organization and any development. Don’t work for images but create a new venture your own and purely yours. Every brick must be your blood. Then, alone true work can be done and the value system can be carried on. Foundation can be laid in this way alone. Value is from roots not can be another system from roots included afterward. It’s like a flowing river and flows till roots are strong. Any change in values includes adulteration, error, and change in roots. So to change values change roots and vice-versa and it cannot be done without a will – leader or any potential employee /consumer/change agent.
Mostly change in any organization that is notified by its leader or verified by the leader is a result of the imperfection or carelessness of a leader and can be reinforced/ strengthened by more focus/ concentration/ tightening the belts of discipline/organizational practices/ just self-realization process initiated or more focused or reviewed.
So value system is just the thing whether you know the vision and work ethics. Nothing more. If you are aligned to the vision you need not know the values. It will accompany you and modify as per your understanding and need. Yes, values modify with your understanding, realization, behavior, etc. If do not believe it tries but the vision must be clear. With blur vision, you cannot see.
With clear vision, these above thoughts get lowered and become of no value for such a visionary leader. And, these thoughts become a reference for further study and research to coming advanced leaders.
