How much you grow does not matter!

What matters is, what you grow lasts till when? The time value. Organizations that’s why flourish a lot and then shed down like the Babylon Empire of sand. The wheels of time are so strong that it tests the strength (vision, will, hard work –the purushartha, the blessings of sages and seers, and a simple yet clear and devoted heart) foundation you stand.
So, many a time when you are growing at a very fast pace Masters put a full stop. To set the right direction, to decide the future course. They are experienced. So, whenever you do any act unconsciously, they rebuke it. They try to guide to do a work consciously. Deciding the future it takes you to. You buy sweets for example. But out of what, at what circumstances? When you have limited funds and that too for a mission, a decided aim, course of action. So, during such times a penny costs life. For example, you are a member of an organization run by Chandra Sekhar Azad – the HRA. Then, you can consider what a penny means. So, great leaders and organizations alone stand the test of time – for they know the value (the value of their existence and the human garb at the same time and how they earn what they have –even a penny).
They who have grown Gold out of soil called barren, they who have turned a prostitute to a saint, they who know –what it means by to know. They know the value of land, whatever it may be barren or fertile, or else. And, so for those who know the value of human garb, know the worth of a prostitute.
Know the worth. Know thyself. Then alone you are fit to survive, then alone you are able to lead, then alone you are a leader. Then alone you are alive, otherwise, you all are nothing less and more than dead.
Survival-Those who align their vision with that of the organization and know the heart of the leader and are as per His guidance. It’s a checkmate game of chess. Calculated steps only. King’s throne is the position desired.
At times conditions arise that, there appear many kings, many masters are there –how will you know the real one is. The fittest survives then. The master is the fittest, the most advanced one. He can come out of any merry-go-round (the puzzle). Or the one chosen by the master alone survives.
