The path is clear it’s up to you whether you want to walk or not. Those who know the path and walk the talk need no realization. Realization is for them who do not walk, so that they can walk the talk.
Was reading a novel on Subhas Chandra Bose –Mahanayak in Hindi language. Awesome….Incredible…. I will not say these words to the life of the hero. What I found that what he did was a heart desire of any person. But he manifested it.He had a focused devotion. So he did it as anything coming in hand as a way to his future. And crafted an awesome design–a blueprint of future, a giant army-INA, and shocked the British Raj of 100 years at once and succeeded in his efforts.
So, the lesson was to be clear about what you want do really to the core. It’s like MBO –Management by objective. You have clear goals, and you manage it automatically by design default and get it for sure.
When you reach at a higher conscious level you can either keep people to lower level, lift them up, push them down, keep as it is. You are a creator for them, as an animal of higher level in animal cycle. But the real leader is the one who treats his neighbor as himself and let them see what he sees and let them decide after that what they choose to be as a role in the cosmic movie.
