Until an organisation is growing and it depends upon decision of top management for its work to be done it will lack integrity.
Integrity defines oneness. No lacking of ideas/values/systems.
Leaders grow to such an extent each employee/worker revert backs self-directing leadership or say Hippos are created.
Then alone an organization can be said to be integral.
It’s a zenith. A reflection of perfection. For any value an organization want to implement, foster, grow or manifest to core value it needs same process.

I am Ashish Kanyal.
Basically, I am from Uttarakhand near Nainital. I am B. Tech.- Mechanical Engineering graduate and PGDM-HRM post-graduate. Presently, I am HR Officer by profession.
