Unity in team
Just playing call of duty mobile for past month.
What I found while playing the game-
1. It's a team game. Many people abandon team in mid or in between. So, in time of trials they are in danger, cannot be revived or healed or no guidance. This not only fails them but the whole game experience level falls down. Even the competitors are looking for a worthy competitors, so that it builds their experience and hone skills professionality.
2. There are players of all levels. So, you cannot win all the times. Rest of the time you have to learn and gain - points, wealth, c, cp, etc.
3. Organization lose its talents while unable to hold teams together. Motivation, guidance, direction, learning, etc all come along with team strength.
4. Strong team management needs strong leadership indeed. Strong leadership needs strong individuality. Strong individuality needs great learning experience and relentlessness to pursue further. Great learnings are acquired as a result of great masters and personal self realisation experience.
