Faults occur and fear engraves only when there is a lack of self-realization. Self-realization gives one a holistic approach to the design of life and a blueprint to materializing in the outer world.
And this total guidance makes one good enough to solve all the possible errors and faults or accidents that may appear in the course of action.
A hard-core contemplation on the divine name as blessed by the perfect master of the time.
Contemplation is not a small word. And, not all can do that. It’s an observance of the minutest of details. It’s a kind of research or says the extensive search of the truth or self-reflection.
Small deviance from this research can make one fool or say lead one to errors and wrong results.
So, a leader must be self-realized so that the foundation of the future is strong enough to be based on unshakable truth that continues till generation.

I am Ashish Kanyal.
Basically, I am from Uttarakhand near Nainital. I am B. Tech.- Mechanical Engineering graduate and PGDM-HRM post-graduate. Presently, I am HR Officer by profession.
I am writing these posts just to incurr into the readers the contemplation and review of the existing thoughts. Such thoughts help in shaping our behavior and society at a large.
