The best talents may be purchased on the market, but the best men cannot. Finest men without best skills are like a lock without a key. So, establish the principle that the best men are the key and are required to hold the best skills for the benefit of everybody. How will you achieve this, though? This is a really difficult task. And has inspired the brightest brains to marvel over the best men and how to identify them?
People are vying for the best skills, but they lack knowledge of what, when, and other usage guidelines. Therefore, they come to the same level of misery from/for what they began to understand at the conclusion.

Basically, I am from Uttarakhand near Nainital. I am B. Tech.- Mechanical Engineering graduate and PGDM-HRM post-graduate. Presently, I am HR Officer by profession.
