The Burning Ship of Leadership!

It’s not true that leaders only step up in times of crisis. Some of our latent talents do indeed surface.
Another leadership quality that helps everyone move forward in a process and collaborate for a common, soul-clear grand vision is efficiency.
Leaders do learn from the dead since the dead are those who don’t carry out their plans, don’t accomplish their objectives, and don’t bring their desired vision to life.
Burnings on a ship signify the limitations and shortcomings of a leader and those around them.
Yes, it is a custom among marines that the captain of a ship never leaves it while it is in danger. But in modern times, we observe that the leader departs first, leaving the followers to perish and face difficulties. This isn’t real leadership, though.
